Membership
We are the chapter in the heart of it all. Orlando's culinary opportunities attract tremendous talent and some of these people are members of our chapter. Two of our members have been ACF National Chefs of the Year.
Volunteerism
Our chapter is actively involved with our community. We have organized the annual Joe Amendola Charity Golf Tournament and volunteer our time and efforts for local charity fund-raisers.
Competitions
We have hosted the annual ACF Culinary Challenge, in conjunction with the Florida Restaurant Association, for the last fifteen years. Many of our members are not only active, winning competitors, but culinary judges as well.
