Bryan Frick: Chef of the Month
Chef Profile
Bryan Frick, C.E.C., A.A.C.

Chef Frick shares his expertise through his involvement in the community, which has included chairing an ACF Chapter’s Disney Day in the Park, Leukemia Fund Raiser Dinner, Chef Celebration Tour and ACF Central Florida Chapter dinners.

Among his ACF accomplishments are the ACF Chapter Chef of the Year 1996, the ACF Chapter Culinarian of the Year 1995, ACF/CFC Presidential Awards and Chairman of the Board of the ACF Central Florida Chapter.

Along with having owned his own profitable family-style restaurant, Chef Frick gained his wealth of experience within Disney’s operations, working at the Farmers Market, the 70,000 square foot Yacht and Beach Resort Convention Center and opening two resort hotels.

As a Nestle chef, he helps foodservice operators optimize the use of Nestlé’s wide range of quality branded products and services in their kitchens. He also provides hands-on demonstrations, lectures and back-of-the-house assistance, which includes recipe development for many segments of the food industry: schools, colleges, hotels, food service and food processors.
