Hiroshi Noguchi: Chef of the Month
Chef Profile
Hiroshi Noguchi, C.E.C., A.A.C.

I love what I am doing. Cooking is my passion and so is a desire to teach our young culinarians. I love to teach and demonstrate the Culinary Arts. Cooking is a Passion, Cooking is a Fashion, Cooking utilizes all of our five senses so it is a total experience for the Chef, his cooks and the public.

Among his ACF accomplishments are the ACF Chapter Chef of the Year 1996, the ACF Chapter Culinarian of the Year 1995, ACF/CFC Presidential Awards and Chairman of the Board of the ACF Central Florida Chapter.

My concern for the young cooks of today is to make them aware of the flavor, taste changes, nutrition balance. They have to learn the right flavor for the right cuisine. Young people must recognize colors with appeal. We need to teach how each kind of cuisine is best enhanced by color, the proper nutritional balance and combination of flavors.
