Chef Profile Vincent Posada, C.E.C.
Chef Posada is the Executive Chef of the Caribe Royale Resort Suites and Convention Center with over 22 years experience as an Executive Chef. Before assuming this position, he served as the Executive Chef of several hotels including the Grosvenor Resort in Lake Buena Vista, the Sheraton Commander in Cambridge Massachusetts and the Boston Park Plaza. His experience has taken him to cater prestigious affairs including events honoring former U.S. Presidents in addition to numerous television appearances. Chef Posada has been accredited with many acknowledgments, awards and medals. He has also served as the Chef Instructor at Johnson and Whales College in Rhode Island.
